The guests also enjoyed yogurt covered peanuts and cashews!! Don’t you just love the crown on the printables!! I know my party mom loved them!!

Pulled Pork Mini Shepherds Pies

These yummy pulled pork mini shepherds pies are sure to be a hit with your family!! Shhh don’t tell anybody but they are also a super sneaky way to use up last nights pulled pork!!! I’m feeding three growing boys so you may want to cut the recipe in half!!

2 cans flaky biscuits (8 count) Pillsbury works perfect

Left over pulled pulled pork

1 can sliced carrots (14 oz)

1 can cut green beans (14 oz)

1 can creamed corn (14 oz)

1 box mashed taters (any kind) I used loaded taters

Pinch Garlic/Onion Powder

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Basic Prep Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Prepare Mashed Taters per box directions

Spray cupcake pan with Pam….ain’t nobody got time for stuck biscuits!!

Stretch your biscuits and press into pan to form a little bucket to hold all your yumminess!!

Add your precooked pulled pork…I honestly eyeballed the amount…but filled the biscuit bucket about half full!!!

Spoon the cream corn over the pulled pork..about a tbs full!!!

Next add in your green beans…I placed these by hand (no I don’t have control issues…lol).

Then place about 3 or 4 carrot slices on top of the green beans…add a dash of garlic and onion powder to each mini pie!!

Now the fun part…add a scoop of mashed taters to the tops (you can get all fancy and pipe them on if you would like…showoff)!!!

Pops these babies into the oven for 15 minutes!!

Once your timer goes off add cheddar cheese and heat for additional 5 minutes!!

Pull out of oven and enjoy!!

Tada you have a yummy leftover meal that no one will suspect is made from leftovers!! I hope you enjoy!! Please comment below with any questions or steps I may have left out…heaven knows I’m just a momma trying to feed these boys and not a food blogger!!

No way would we be able to eat two sweets tables full of candy and two huge cakes….or so I thought!!! Once again the black and white striped cake above is from 4KidsCakes. Lucky in Love

St. Patrick’s Day means more to me than just shamrocks and leprechauns lucky for me it marks my first date and anniversary with my husband. This sweets table was designed to display yummy treats that my hubby and I both love!!

Carli of Dimpleprints created a tailored printable set using preppy green and pink stripes, gold glitter hearts and of course lucky four leaf clovers! Pink being my favorite color it was the perfect addition to the traditional green associated with St. Patrick’s Day! Gold glitter was used to signify my hubby and I finding love at the end of the rainbow! Be sure to stop by my blog for a link to download your free Lucky in Love printables!!

I used my favorite Mosser Glass cake stand and two domed pasty stands to keep the preppy feel throughout the table! The cake stand held a classic chocolate cake while the two domed pastry stands encased stunning shamrock cookie towers. Shimmery gold heart cake pops, mini cheesecakes, mint Oreo trifles and shamrock milk shake shooters were all served in quantities of four because our home now holds not only my hubby and I but two fun loving boys as well!! Macarons and pink roses also embrace a significant place in my heart as both were gifts from my hubby when we started dated!

Yellow and Purple Monkey Birthday Party

Today I am excited to share with you the monkey sweets table that I put together for my niece!! Miss Madeline turned 4 last May in swinging monkey style!!

Miss Madeline decided on a monkey theme using her favorite color purple!! This party was Madeline’s first big birthday party and I wanted to make it super special!! My inspiration for this sweets table was Madeline’s love for all things sweet and monkeys of course!!

For the backdrop I simply bought some light purple fabric and mounted it to foam board!! I added pendants flags in assorted directions!! My favorite party of the backdrop was the green tree with monkeys!! I purchased this at Hobby Lobby on clearance because one of the limbs had been broken off…I added a few monkeys, painted the pink flowers purple and added a couple of vines and no one noticed the breaks!!

The sweets table featured a cake, cake pops, chocolate covered pretzels, rock candy, grape tootsie rolls, banana taffy (my nieces favorite candy on the planet), marshmallows, chocolate covered Oreos, banana popcorn and sugar cookies!!

To tie in the pendants from the background I decorated each jars with pendants and matching ribbon!! I love how it tied the whole party together!!

The party favors were banana shaped and filled with yummy candy that the kids just loved!!

Miss Madeline was so excited to show of her outfit!! We couldn’t seem to get a pic where she wasn’t squinting but I still think she looked adorable!! Most important she told everyone that she felt like a princess!!

The party went off without a hitch!! My sister and I couldn’t have been happier with how Miss Madeline’s party turned out!! Need favors for your next party?? Be sure to stop by my shop Autumn Lynn’s Chocolate Sins!!
